"My husband tried to pick our online order up 15 minutes early, and the manager refused to give him the order, even though my husband had the receipt on his phone and showed it to the manager. He said he would have to wait. We live nearby and do business with him on a regular basis. The manager preferred to get in a screaming match with my husband, and then with myself on the phone, than to try and keep our business. The manager went so far as to accuse us of creating a fake receipt in order to get a free sandwich and rip him off. Really? We’re going to all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? He screamed Covid had made business tough for him. Evidently not tough enough that he wants to keep customers. No worries; he’ll never see us again."
