"Absolutely terrible, drinks were given half full one of the drinks wasn’t even put into the register properly. Drinks made incorrectly and a chai late that very obviously was not made properly at all on top of being half full. Easily the worst in the area, also maybe have your cashier take off the headphones because airpods are definitely not talking to your drive through."

"I love DD for my coffee stop but I gave 3 stars for food, They always seem to be out of stuff. I gave 2 stars for service because it needs to be more friendly! Try smiling and listen to the customers instead of shutting the window at drive through after handing items. It's like bye! Atmosphere is effected by the customer service. No one feels comfortable in a place that looks like no one wants to be there! Smile it doesn't cost a dime! Overall is a 4 star because I love the coffee ☕️"

"Total disappointment, waited 10 minutes + to place my order, get out to the car and the order is wrong. Have to go back in and ask for a refund. The staff was disorganized, the store did not have enough employees to handle the amount of patrons at the store. Basically this is a management issue, if you don't train your employees properly they will continue to make mistakes. Also this store should prioritize the people that chose to enter the store and or drive up, then fill the call in orders last. We will be finding another site for a cup of Joe..."
