"Purchased a living room sectional in October only to find out that it is broken along the arm and back. Told its the frame by the guy who checked it. Due to the holidays and work schedules that have conflicted with the time the repair person is available, we were just now able to take that part of the sectional back only to have them look at it and tell us, "there's nothing we can do." This is not the first time I have had an issue with a purchase with Badcock. The first purchase was a dryer several years ago. The knobs kept breaking on it, that was also something I was told nothing could be done about it. If you decide to shop here, I strongly recommend looking over your choice with a fine tooth comb, getting the extended warranty, and calling and/or returning item to the store within 30 days if a problem arises. They are not very good at customer service unless you are purchasing. After the purchase you no longer matter. Edit 2-16-23... After speaking to Jenny, with corporate, on 2-14-23 after leaving the store, she told us that we are still under a manufacturer warranty and scheduled an appointment for us to get a repair or replacement. Thank you Jenny for your patience, understanding, and prompt attention."

"I needed a washing machine and got approved for credit. When I first went in I was asked for a deposit of $117 and change but didn’t have it and waited until I got my check then went back and the deposit grew to $150. So while there was a huge discrepancy there I needed the washing machine and sucked it up like a man. As this is a new purchase and won’t be delivered until Friday 12, 2021 I won’t know how it really goes until I’m using it and hopefully not needing repairs or anything. Everyone I talked to was nice but then again they want money from you so you would expect them to be pleasant. No big deal, let’s see how this turns out then ask me for a review instead of asking right away."
