"I myself and I feel as if your company was legit the actual “OWNERS “ would not keep themselves hidden… You businesses authentication should have been enough to slap me in the face NEVER COULD TALK TO ANYONE I HAD MY VEHICLE TOWED THERE.. 3 Times after it was repaired Paid $4000 Then the last tow and bill was over 5,000… The owners would not call to help resolve situation I had to call Raleigh to find out who they were.. That are not affiliated with the BBB And I’m going to rest assured do everything in my power to see your doors padlocked… Trust me I or not 4K was thrown out the window it took 4 months to get no where fast with them Lisa Locklear"

"About a week ago I called in to schedule for my transmission to be serviced. During my service appointment BPS found that I had some engine issues going on. They contacted me about it and we thought that was the issue rather than the transmission fluid being changed. I let them know to go ahead and proceed on addressing the issues with the engine and also eventually flushing and refilling fluid for my transmission. Rachel and Jamie were so professional through the entire process! They both are very knowledgeable in the automotive world and I let them know that respectfully. I am grateful of the service that I have received. This is my second time using them for maintenance. I highly recommend BPS automotive for all of your auto needs because of the professionalism and the knowledge of the auto industry and being able to explain to me as a customer what my issues were and the solution to solve them. They presented to me the problem and a solution for it. And that’s why I’m highly recommending them to anyone who has any maintenance issues etc. with your vehicle‘s!
