"For 5 years I have had a contract with Lumberton Nissan for my oil changes. Normally I have to wait two hours for my service. Maggie is a newer addition and she had me out of there in less than an hour. Maggie deserves a huge round of applause for her hard work!!!!!! She’s a blessing and much needed there!!!!!!!!"

"My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived at 10:25. I sat in my car for 30 minutes, waiting to get assistance. I finally decided to get out of my car at 10:55 and take my walker out of the back seat, when someone finally came over and asked me if I needed help. The whole 30 minutes, while I sat and waited for help, there were numerous employees walking around outside. I was there a total of 3 hours. If I would not have had to go through that, I would have rated the business 5 stars."

"I sit in the waiting area while my oil was being changed. The waiting area is very clean and quiet you can read or watch television as you wait and time goes by really fast. I must give them a A+ because the restroom is also very clean and smells clean it did not take them very long to do the oil change in my car I enjoyed the wait"

"I love the dealership and service. People are always nice and helpful. Only problem I had, was the amount of time I had to wait for a simple oil change. Took right at 2 hours. I had an appointment and was 10 mins early. But other than that, I recommend them."
