"Went there on 12/18/23. We were first directed to use the kiosk to place our order. We were having a little trouble understanding the process since we wanted to modify our choices. That is when Terry offered to help. He took us to the register and placed our order for us. He was great, I wish I had that same customer service everywhere I ate. He is what every employee should be. I am an ex employee of Taco Bell. It's been about 40 years since I worked in a store in Columbia SC. If I had a business I would do my best to steal Terry from here. Great customer service has seemed to disappear since Covid, glad to know it is still here at the Taco Bell in Dillon, SC"

"If service matters to you, go somewhere else. Dining area had zero customers eating in it, nobody in line waiting to order and no cars in the drive thru. Walked in and only a couple of feet away from an employee right next to the door that couldn't be bothered to even look up from his phone. No biggie, maybe he's on break, but it is awkward given that he's literally facing the door. I go to order food and there's nobody behind the register. At the same time, I can hear the other employees in the back chatting and laughing. I stick around for a few minutes before deciding I should leave for somewhere else that actually acknowledges and values their customers. Lots of places to eat in this area, please skip this Taco Bell."

"Ordered supremes with sour cream and did not get sour cream… so it’s not really a supreme but that’s what I paid for.. cldnt return bc Instead of make it over they called the police and when the police got there they ask for a receipt when they never gave me one after spending 43$ dollars when I called about my order being messed up they said it nothing they can do unless I bring it back and that’s what I did and still did not get what I paid for or my money back"

"I was the only person in the store and it took one of the 5 employees 5 minutes to come take my order. She didn't say anything just stood there and waited for me to speak. The store was a mess with food laying everywhere, no napkins, garbage cans were "out of order " whatever that means. Another customer walked out she waited so long and no one came to take her order. All of the employees were either in the back on there phone or sitting at a table on there phone. Took 20 minutes to order and have are food made only for it to be cold and taste like it's been sitting out all day. I've attached pictures and will never eat here again. 5 employees being paid to stand around and do nothing."
