"THEY SUCK!! They get paid to mess your fridge up more! I’m so sick of this! How are they getting away with this?? We’ve called them 3 TIMES and they keep coming out here and doing NOTHING and then get paid for it! They will take advantage of the elderly as well. I will but stop until something is done! My fridge is only 4 MONTHS OLD and I’m having to deal with this! Whirlpool called Bass Appliance Service to come fix it. My fridge doesn’t work but my freezer does. I have to unplug the fridge for HOURS until the food starts stinking every week just to thaw it out to get a minimal amount of cold air to come out. Bass was supposed todidn’t do a thing! They said they won’t get paid if they can’t find a problem. Excuse me? So then they just mess around with it and tell us to call them back in a week if it’s not working. And guess what? The fridge stops working even worse than it was. So whirlpool had to call them back even though I said I wanted someone else to come. They said they had to call them because they were the ones that messed it up and that they needed to fix it. Well they come back a week later and once again do absolutely NOTHING. And once again, they got PAID by whirlpool to do NOTHING and they get paid to mess things. From now on, I will be there and I will record every move they make until the fridge is fixed. My grandparents are 85 years old and they don’t deserve this."

"I called them to come see what was wrong with my fridge and they made it WORSE. Their exact words was “if we can’t find nothing wrong with it, they’re not going to pay us”. That’s what he said to my grandfather. The problem I originally called for was the freezer was ice cold but the fridge was hot. Cold air wasn’t getting to the fridge. I tried everything. I turned it off and let it defrost for an hour and a half and when I turned it back on, some cold air started coming out but not much. It was enough for things to be cool but not cold. So I’m assuming something is wrong with the defrost system maybe? But the freezes was blowing cold air and was perfectly fine. Well, today Bass Appliance Service came and that’s when they said if they couldn’t find anything wrong with it then they weren’t going to get paid….but all they did was walk around and try to find something wrong. All they said was to call back if it wasn’t working in 5 days and then slapped their business magnet on the fridge. Unbelievable. Well, since they came, now my freezer isn’t working and hasn’t all day! It’s cold but NO AIR is blowing out at all. It’s taking forever to get a drink cold in the freezer. Funny how this happened after they came. Personally I think they messed with it and they want us to call them back to fix it. That’s my review."

"I called Bass last week because their number was on the Frigidaire website as an authorized repairs company. I called because my fridge was making a strange noise and wanted to get it checked. They came the next day to look and instantly knew what was wrong; I needed to have the air damper replaced. So they ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it. My fridge hasn't made a noise since! Very pleased with the service provided. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them!"
