"The food is decent but the service is not. Our waitress was very rude and more concerned about herself than the table she was waiting on. The food did not compensate for the inhospitable and slow service. Very disappointed."
"Went to Brassies for a working lunch. Server was very attentive and polite. All members of our working group agreed that their food was very good. This is Brassies at Brasstown Valley Resort in the lodge over looking the mountains atmosphere is awesome."
"Understaffed so the meal took a little over 2 hours. Our waitress refilled our waters once over that time and gave us drinks twice. The duck was cold but tasty. Overall an OK experience except for the automatic 23% gratuity added after tax with 4 people on the bill."
"The food and service are average and a little overpriced. But we love to go here anyway because they have a lovely outside seating area. It's a nice place to go and have a drink and a snack. The lava cake and a glass of wine is a great option."
