"So I scheduled a brake job here, arrived, and checked in explaining I would also need oil change and tire rotation. He goes puts everything in computer gives me a price estimate that didn't include brakes bc of price and I said and the brakes too just to make sure he hadn't forgotten. My brakes were making noise so I knew it was time. He said yeah we can see what they need and call you. They took my info and I walked out to couples places close by. I come back wait in waiting and guy comes out says I'm ready they have car pulled around . Tells me amount and I ask what was up with the brakes because price obviously didn't have it all on there. He was like I didn't call you? Nope no call. Ok so he tells me Front brakes are at 20% asked if I go around mtns . Um we live IN THE MOUNTAINS. Then he Tells me back ones are metal to metal and I'll need rotors. Total amount $7xx.xx. oh. BUT I'm Ready to go. They didn't touch brakes. How dangerous! Car pulled at door ready for me to get in and go. So when I left walking when I left car I specifically told him just do the brake repair I mean it was the reason for the appointment. So I tell them Do the repair AGAIN. SO IM now WAITING. I CANT LEAVE WITHOUT BRAKES. The gentleman at desk is seasoned too, no new bird here but as to what he is seasoned with is beyond me. I'm praying for my safety now. At least from where I'm sitting I can see car on rack. Mind you a customer is here now, as I am still waiting in the lobby for my start again stop again brake job I've had to beg for, walks in asks about brake job tells them her car has metal to metal sound and he is saying oh no can't have you go around with bad brakes, we can handle it. So why have I been singled the hell out???"

The mechanics are efficient and great. Especially Josh. He goes above and beyond for his customers. The gentleman behind the counter who I assume is the owner was also very very nice.
