Ruby Tuesday

"We went on a sunday afternoon. They are one of the last places around that have a salad bar. It took awhile to be seated because they are short staffed but the staff was friendly. The salad bar was good and fresh. They kept refilling it. I also had a baked potato and it was good and fresh."

"Food is typical of a Ruby's. Serv8ce is friendly. The place is very dirty, and the salad bar may be toxic. We wiped down the table area in front of us using the white napkin and a bit of hand sanitizer. It came back very dirty after a few wipes."

"So we had a coupon for bogo Entree’s. We asked specifically like had a whole conversation if two steak dinners would work and they said yes they would. When we got the bill they took off the appetizer and said it counted as an entree. Pissed me off bad. We literally had a discussion about this before we ever ordered and they still screwed us. The food was great but ruined when we got the bill. I doubt I’ll go back now. It’s not that great anyway I hope they enjoyed screwing me out of 25 extra bucks. They won’t get it again so be careful about your coupons and app rewards. The manager took a whole $2 off the bill for it. Which made me even more angry."

"Do not get the tacodillas they are bland and No Bueno. Fed them to my dog. The menu says they come with their signature sauce but when I asked what it was the waitress informed me that the female cook with black hair in a pony tail (9-10-23 3:45pm est)also not wearing a hair net nor a hat did not even put it on the tacodillas. Sensed there was some tension between the front and back of the house! I walked in with fond memories of my younger years and their amazing salad bar.....well the salad bar is not what I remembered at all. There were some items almost empty and it was the slow time of day......maybe 5 tables in the entire place...maybe! All in all a pretty dismal experience! Waitress was warm and friendly Tara I think her name was ....I sat at the bar. Manager never even touched any tables the hour I sat there and said nothing to me and was standing at some points 6 feet from me across the bar behind the liquor display. Bathrooms pretty dismal. I will not be back! Id recommend you not go!"

"Not what it once was. This was once a nice restaurant in a location convenient to the airport, I-26 & shopping. Before Covid, the restaurant was becoming dated and lackluster. Since the pandemic, it is barely recognizable. It has been a while since my husband & I gave it a try, and we had not been there long before we regretted our decision. The tables were sticky. The salad bar was far from fresh. Items did not even look all that appetizing in the pictures on the menu, let alone as prepared. I ordered the coconut shrimp with tots. The shrimp must have gone straight from the freezer into the fryer, because they were over cooked on the outside & the breading was almost gooey in the center next to the shrimp. The sauce wasn’t bad, but I had to be pretty hungry to eat the shrimp. The tots were lackluster but edible. My husband had the salad bar. I asked him how it was and he said, “not bad, but there were a lot of things I didn’t get because they were not fresh.” I checked it out myself & he was not wrong. Some items were fine. Others were far from fresh. Restrooms were clean & stocked. Not bad. Plenty of free parking & of course the location is still good. I used to really enjoy eating here, and it saddens me to experience this decline. I hope that the proprietors will turn this place around."
