"One must understand culture to enjoy this place. If you do, you will have a wonderful time. I had a beautiful pomegranate tea, my husband enjoyed several very interesting beers, we ate Scotch eggs, Bubble and Squeaks with Irish Soda bread. Diane was such a sincere hostess, the cook was phenomenal. It was a great visit. A little something different!"

"While in Gatlinburg, we needed to find a place that we could go that would accommodate our dads dog. We looked at this place online and the reviews were pretty good so we went. Big mistake. First, the enviroment was pretty cool. We sat at a table but they had couches, a tv, and outside area... it was very down to Earth. We ordered and the food did take a while but there is a sign stating that they make it fresh, so please be patient. No big deal. Not taking any points off for that. However, the food we got was the worst food of our lives. Our entire party was disgusted and hardly ate anything. We laughed so much because it didn't feel real that someone would serve such terrible food. When we left, some of the party made themselves vomit. The guy working the bar then randomly called a customer over and started telling him how he's big into conspiracy theories and did that whole "write this word, write the numbers that correlate to the letter, divide that, blah blah blah, oh thats Bidens campaign" whatever. Listen, I don't like Biden either...and believing that you can't figure out how to get to a certain number somehow by changing the math to fit your narrative is one thing but how about you work on the food you're serving and giving us drinks before calling up random customers (who were also very uncomfortable) and showing off your political "tricks"...? But regardless, worst food of our lives. Would not go back even if it was free. I can't believe reading these reviews that they are real now that I've been there. I only took one picture of the scotch egg. 0/10 stars. After reading the replies that bad reviews get on this page, I have no doubt I will get a nasty reply too but frankly, nothing can hurt us more than the food we were served that day."

"Amazing spot and dog friendly inside and outside on the patio. There’s about 25 steps to climb to get to the pub but it’s worth each one. Very homey pub and relaxed atmosphere with great food, friendly people, and a lot of drinks to choose from. An amazing spot to relax with our pup and avoid the summer heat. They have 2 tvs for sports and it was very cozy."

"It's a very unassuming place. Had it not been for an online review I had read, we wouldn't have found the place and much less entered after seeing it from the outside. Once inside, it's like entering a whole new place. The service was great, and the food was terrific. We left happy and glad that we took the chance of trying it out.."
