"Our server. Valerie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Happy satisfied. The Swiss mushroom burger was terrific. Cooked to perfection. Green beans were very good. Pulled pork sandwich was good. Baked beans are excellent atmosphere for us could only be improved by having heaters on the patio. Other than that, it seems great. All staff that I encountered was friendly in accommodating with Valerie more so she was excellent."

"This is a nice joint to grab some good food. Atmosphere was laid back and nice with live entertainment, service was excellent and the food arrived to the table quickly. If you are in the area looking for somewhere to relax and grab a good bite, this is the place. Recommend."

"Nice close, local eatery with good food and good service. We both had steaks - I had the prime ribeye, and wife had sirloin. Both were cooked perfectly, and were tender and very flavorful. They smoke their meat, then grill - which really elevates the steaks to a special level. The sides were decent sized, and well prepared. A bit of a 'local hangout', but was a wonderful oasis for this pair of hungry travelers. Would eat here again, and recommend to others."

"Casual, and a cut above. We waited a bit, but it was worth it. Everything our party of six ordered was great, and the service was friendly. Even though they were busy, everything came out fresh, and the flavors popped. I had the catfish, which was perfectly fried with a light and tasty batter. Side of green beans had a nice peppery taste to them, and their gouda mac & cheese is a superstar. Even the house salad was great: fresh and generous veg on top of crisp chilled lettuce."

"Stood at the door for a few minutes before we were acknowledged. The "host" noticed us and took her time getting herself a drink and gathering a couple menus. We were finally seated and waited about 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress. While waiting other customers were seated after us and got drinks and food, it was not particularly busy at this time either. We almost left then finally someone came to check on us. The waiter was very nice and said whoever sat us didn't mark us down otherwise he would take care of us. Hello, can you not see us sitting here? Not good for first time customers like us. The atmosphere was okay, the lady singing was very sweet, the food was very good! However, it was overall a disappointment, the lady at the front, the first employee everyone sees, ruined the experience for me as we had a long wait before anyone acknowledged us and we looked up other restaurants in the area while waiting, we would have left sooner otherwise."
