Five minute fix and back on the way, when a shop told me it would be 50 dollars to fix it. Not with the help of Napa. Great location with friendly knowledgeable help."

"Went there for windshield wipers and paid and someone was trying to put them on and most every wiper in store finally got one on and said they would order the other and I said I need to get it inspected so I need to go elsewhere then I find out they had put a $27.00 one on when I get my refund for the one they didn't have. I ended up with a $27.00 dollar one when I had pd. $36.00 for 2. Did not agree to $27.00 one and went elsewhere where they had a $20.00 put on. They had been ok before but this incident turned me off. Bob"
