I do try to hit these little diners instead of chain restaurants, but this one was an average rating for us. Had worse, definitely had better. Sorry probably won't recommend."

"The food is always fresh. You also get very generous portions. I have personally tried almost every item on there menu and they have all been absolutely delicious. The staff is also super kind and friendly. If you are in Burnsville i would highly recommend eating there."

"If I could put less than one star I would. My fiance and I ordered 1 mountain dew, 1 sweet tea, a ham and cheese omelet, and western omelet, only the eggs not the whole meal. They charged us $18.19 and did not offer a veteran discount. The eggs were small and cold. When we called to ask why the price was so high, and what would have been the difference if we had gotten the meal. Their reply was, you would have paid a dollar more a piece and you would have gotten toast. They offered nothing else to redeem themselves and went about their day. Even with toast this meal was not worth a penny of what we spent on it. We grew up in this town eating here often over the years with elder family members and had fond memories of how great a place it WAS. We are so disappointed that this is the second time we have been here in the last few months and the quality is gone. I don't know what has happened to change there food and service quality so badly but they need to make some serious adjustments to at the least the quality of the food. Get it together 50's classic diner. Seriously a huge disappointment."
