"I haven't been to many other repair shops in the area, so I don't know how Firestone compares to the others. My most recent experience was a decent one. Not bad, but nothing special. The employee who handled my request was both courteous and knowledgeable."
"Set an appointment for a simple oil change and brake inspection. Took more than an hour for them to start working on the vehicle, then two hours to complete the actual work. They tested my (nearly new) battery and told me it was not charging properly, but when I tried to return it to the store I bought it from, I found out it was not defective at all, so I wasted additional time on that."
"I am so appreciative of the service personnel at the Firestone on Tunnel Rd in Asheville. I had a badly damaged tire and Pablo helped me select a tire that fit my budget and made financing this unexpected expense of 4 new tires totally manageable. It was the easiest, most pleasant tire replacement experience I've had. And all of this after work without a scheduled appointment. You all rock!"
"Was heading home to Florida, the night before temperatures dropped below zero freezing the radiator in the work van, luckily Firestone was directly across from the hotel was able to drive the van over, I explained the situation , they had the van after in the shop after 10 minutes of me getting after them diagnosing it it was determined that there was no major damage to the engine or cooling system all it needed was a coolant flush, waited around two hours and I was able to get back on the road. I had a great experience friendly staff courteous."
"Had a horrible experience with the employee Pablo. They kept sending the approval messages for three hours from car advise. Never changing the invoice. After 3 hours I checked on the car and the work had not even started. They said they just got approval which was a lie. Than as I am in the lobby writing this, pablo and another employee are making fun of the fact that I asked Pablo for his name. While also being very condescending. Currently while I am still waiting, the employee are not working. All this for just a oil change."
