"Yesterday we visited this Arron's Corporate Store. We normally go to the Newport, TN store. The stereo we wanted was not in stock in Newport. My GF's stereo stopped working last week. Her relaxation comes from chilling out and listening to her stereo. We found the one she wanted at the Greenville Arron's. We informed the store manager we had an account in Newport. She said go back to Newport and have them order it for you. Of course I stated why can't you sell us this one. She said "It's to much trouble ." Yes my GF got upset said something she shouldn't have but she has had a bad week and she was fustrated and disappointed she could not take it home. It was no problem for the Jefferson City store to order it. I thought the store job was to sell items not turn cash money away. Even if you have to do extra paperwork. My GF has a zero balance at Newport so starting a new account should of never been an issue. I feel this lady is not fit to run a weekend store. She closed the store for 45 minutes to take lunch. What store does that. This entire ordeal messed our whole day up."

"Honestly the employees felt extremely rude. They wouldn’t even help us. We were looking for a bed and had questions but no one was there. All of the employees went into a room behind the counter and not once came out. Aside from the employees, the prices are awful. For example they had a Nintendo Switch for $89.99 a month. In the end of the lease you would have paid over $800 dollars for the console when you can save for a few months and buy a brand new one straight out for $300."

"One star is to kind. Do not give these people your debit card they will take your money!!!! My account wasn't due until 6-3-2022 they took a payment a week early then when you call them out on it they try to justify it. There is no way to justify taking someone's money a week early without there authorization. Horrible!!!! I needed that money for my meds now I can't get them and somehow that is supposed to be ok? No I have spoke to an attorney and I will get justification I would hope this review will perhaps save someone else from this unfair and unjust practices. Please please please for your sake do not give them your debit card or bank info they will take your money when they want to without your authorization and without letting you know!! Down right horrible!!!!!"

"Worst management! The sales manager is rude and lies and you can never get ahold of a manager to discuss any issues that are on there end! After my lease and a 5 year costumet I will be don't with Aaron's for good , and tell people who ask about the horrible service. Greeneville store needs Dustin back."
