"First of, this is Hardee's - understand the dining experience you are going for. This location is consistent. Burgers are always good and fresh. Service is always friendly and responsive. That's what Hardee's does well. Chicken, not so great, but again, not why I am stopping at Hardee's If I am passing through Asheville and I want a Monster Burger, some fries and a beverage, I can always count on this Hardee's for that."

"i dont recommend the location on smokey park highway at all, i was told they didnt have the stuff to make the shakes i ordered and the manager wasnt allowed to give refund for them because that store was not breaking even so im now out 12 or so bucks. i will not be returning ever to that store and i suggest the same for others."

"Hardee's as a company is awesome and delicious, this particular location is not. I keep telling myself it will get better this time... Spoiler: It never does. Tried them again today, I ordered a double patty mushroom burger meal, and Nashville hot chicken (I'm morbidly obese, don't judge me). The burger was a single with hardly any mushroom, the fries I had to return because they were little rocks, the chicken may have been made in Nashville and driven to this store but probably not, wasn't fresh enough for the 10ish hr drive"

"The people were fantastic and the place was spotless, but a few of our food items were not hot and incredibly greasy, as though they'd been tossed back into the fryer briefly after having been out awhile. Since we ordered to go we didn't bother turning around to complain, but wouldn't go back."
