"Charged me fees for not using enough propane. The tank lasted like two years for my single fireplace. Asked if they could fill it and let me pay in payments which they disagreed to. The first time they filled it, I made payments on the propane. Instead, I told them to come get it. Didn't get reimbursed for remaining propane, and they still want a fee to be paid. Will not be returning to G&B."

"My father had an appointment set up for 11/5/2019. They were suppose to install a new LP tank and connect to existing line. They never showed up nor did they call to explain what was going on. As a plumber in the industry I am very disappointed with this. Horrible customer service. Needless to say we will not be using them for anything in the future."
