"This store sold me the wrong part to my car. After the employee Matt, acknowledged he sold me the wrong part, they told me to reach out to customer service and I would have to pay to have it diagnosed and oreilly would deem if they are at fault which clearly they are when the car didn’t have these issues that are present before the wrong part was sold (No AC, No power windows, No cruise control, No headlights, No gear shift, No radio, etc) basically blew out the entire fuse panel under my dash due to selling me the wrong amp on the relay. After reaching out to Jason and David who is the areas regional and district manager and asked him to verify this through an email he said “they wouldn’t send me a damn thing in writing” essentially they didn’t want to do the right thing and fix the damage they caused due to their negligence and lack of product knowledge. Poor code of ethics and customer service all around. I will never shop or recommend oreilly again."
