"The food was excellent. We had Micah as a server. She was rude and inattentive. The atmosphere would have been better if the server had a better attitude. She threw the straws at us, and slammed everything else down when she would bring it. We weren’t made aware of the specials, we weren’t offered appetizers. We weren’t offered a drink or wine list. This was our first visit. There will probably be another one but if the service is the same, that will be the 2nd and last visit for us. 2/10/24"

"Exquisite food but it's pricey and not really worth the cost. Also, the owner is not friendly. The rest of the employees are passable. Pellegrinos is also inexcusably slow most of the time, even so busy as they often aren't. They were lighting fast one time but consistency seems to be just as tough on this place as having decent manners. We called once to complain about the service and treatment and were told by the owner "I'll look into it and discuss this with my staff." We laughed at that. Guess his staff was annoying him more than average meaning he personally had to be dismissive and unwelcoming. But for real the food is outstanding and if you don't care about anything other than the food, you won't be disappointed. Just allow for it to take anywhere from 15-100 minutes to get there. As you can see from the owner's reply, he doesn't seem to deny the fact that he doesn't treat people kindly and it doesn't seem like he deals especially well with criticism either."

"Popped into Pellegrino's and had the best conversations with Salvatore and his brother Giovanni at the bar. The Lobster Ravioli was amazing and had the perfect heat. I will be visiting this wonderful family restaurant again soon."

"A delightful Italian restaurant (trattoria) in a strip mall, of all places. Friendly, attentive service, a broad menu, and scrumptious food. We had the prosciutto, mozzarella, and roasted peppers appetizer, which was one of the best appetizers I can recall having. For dinner, my wife had the Godfather Foccacia, and I had the Chicken Foccacia (sandwich). Both were fantastic. The bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar before the meal was also stellar. This is a great place to eat, and the homemade mozzarella cheese was a special treat. Reservations are easily placed on Google Maps, too."
