"Absolutely disgusted and highly dissatisfied! This is not the first, second or third time at THIS location where my order was incorrect and the customer service was beyond disgusting! However, my most recent purchase was quite appalling and distasteful! The cashier swiped my card for TWO separate transactions of two completely different totals. This was done via the Drive-thru and I had to later be inconvenienced where my card was cancelled. I have had to wait over a week for this mishap and I am utterly disgusted of the constant reoccurring incidents that I have encountered at this location! Highly dissatisfied!!!!!"
"I love visiting this particular bojangles. Their biscuits are always great. They always get the orders right, and you don't leave with something you didn't order. The staff is friendly and courteous. The atmosphere in the store is very good. I only wish they would have the pork chop biscuit all the time, and not occasional."
"On several occasions, I've received subpar food here. Today's order of supremes were inedible as they were hard and dry all the way through. Keep giving them chances because of the convenient location. Will not return to this location."
"Bojangles used to be a great place for a grilled chicken sandwich, but so much anymore. The portion is small. More like a piece of chicken that goes on a biscuit. Their fried chicken is delicious, so I recommend sticking to the fried chicken vs. a grilled chicken sandwich. I'd have to say this time around they put way to put mayonnaise on the sandwich, yet may have been compensating for the fact they had no tomatoes. I hate to say it, yet disappointed today. I do enjoy their breakfast biscuits though."
