"Shauntia I think is her name. She didn’t have a name tag on but my receipt says this. Gave the absolute most disgusting service I have ever experienced. I love this Wendy’s and drive out of my way for it. But licking my your fingers before handling food. Cursing in front of and rolling your eyes at customers. 6 people left the line that were almost next because of her. She does not want to be there. I am a business owner and would be shocked by the service if she was in my business. I don’t care if it’s Christmas Eve and you are short staffed. You have a job. Be grateful. We waited 30 minutes in line. She’s had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the service industry. If you don’t fire her after today… you are wrong."
"Wendy's is generally clean and has friendly staff. My wife and I generally stop here on the way up to the mountains. We enjoy the chili cheese fries, junior bacon, cheeseburgers and of course frosty."
"Always slow and the order is always wrong! Ordered on mobile app for pick up today, it was for this location and was paid for but when I got there, they didn’t have it. Probably gave my order to someone else. I have three kids that was looking forward to this tonight. I really appreciate it! Won’t be going back!"
"It's one of the only fast food joints in the area...therefore the standards don't seem to be very high. But hey, it's fast food! Food is ok, most of the time. Haven't been at night in a while, but it's rare they would get an order correct at night. If you order deal bags, they still shove everything into bags (unlabled) according to type. Which makes ordering for a group difficult."
"All incredibly kind and fast working servers! Food was perfect, love the new drink machine too! Clean tables, and bathroom. All was just as expected and more. Love Wendy's!"
