"BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!! I will never use or recommend Leonard's to anyone. My horror story started in November of 2022. I was told that the cap, bed slide, and tool deck would be delivered and installed in six weeks WRONG. I called to follow up in the first part of January after explaining again that this was for a work truck that they could not give me a delivery time or date and hung up on me. Second call a week later goes to the call center, they will have the store call me with an update. NO RESPONCE. Called again getting the call center again, they did escalate and I got a call back from a very rude person with a lot of excuses with no results. Finally called and got through to the store, again with a lot of excuses but they did find me a cap but not what I wanted. Two weeks later it showed up at the store. I was told to have the truck there at 9am for the installation, at noon the truck was still in the same parking spot and not hearing from them all day I went by at 4:30 and the truck was outside with the cap on but nothing else done. they finally got the tool slide in but not the bed slide. I explained that I needed the truck so just eliminate the bed slide and was told that if I did that that they would have to charge me a $1700 restocking fee. I had them deduct the $600 installation fee and put it in the back of the truck and I will get it installed elsewhere. This was the first of many of my service trucks that I was going to have set up that they have lost along with my referals."

"I purchased a ladder rack from Leonard Truck Accessories. To find the rack, I provided my vehicle information and the website assured me it would fit. I also called to verify. I received the rack and tried to install it using the provided clamps and hey did not work with my vehicle. I called customer service and the representative said she will see what she can do, and she asked me to text her to remind her. I did, and waited several days and followed up each day. She told me the manufacturer offers a different way to install the rack, and told me that I can pay for a different kit for $95 plus shipping. I explained that this doesn't make sense as this was advertised to fit my vehicle. She said she will look into it, and several follow ups, a call to corporate, and a chat with the sales manager later, the kit was sent. However, this kit was also not compatible with my vehicle. The manufacturer confirmed this is not compatible with my vehicle. I have informed Leonard Truck Accessories that I will need to return the product for a refund and I have not gotten a response. It has been over a month since I notified the business that I need to return the item!"
