"Stop to get a philly steak and cheese on Italian break, warmed not toasted. Tomatoes, onions and green peppers. Got home bread was toasted, 2 strips of onions, 1 strip of green pepper and no tomatoes. Would have taken it back but I live to far away"

"Wow. I honestly have no idea what has happened to the epic service it once provided. There are employees who DESPERATELY need to be retrained or actually supervised to make sure they are correctly doing their jobs. I ordered a meatball Mariana flatbread footlong, with provolone, lettuce, mayo, pickles, tomato, and to be toasted along with four FRESH chocolate chip cookies. My sandwich was microwaved and sloppily thrown together and I guess when I requested mayo, the person making the sub heard drown in mayonnaise. I unwrapped it to eat and the paper was already falling apart, my sandwich is so soggy I can't even pick it up much less enjoy it. My cookies were ice cold and overall it's just extremely disappointing to spend $11 and end up with a meal that has mostly been wasted or just too sloppy to eat. I called and spoke to the supervisor ( they have no current manager and to top it off she was who actually made my entire order) who rudely asked what was wrong with our order. I told her everything that was wrong, though I was offered to bring it back to be remade I quickly stated there was no point because it was already made once by the person in charge and clearly customer satisfaction wasn't very high on the checklist. I was or at least it came across to me that I had been ignored and no one actually cared enough to correctly do it the first time, so I definitely didn't wasted my time or any more of the obviously precious time of the crew working tonight. Thanks guys! I love my subs soggy, drenched in mayo, and the bits of paper stuck to it absolutely was divine!! And those ice cold stale cookies were the perfect desert!! You keep up the good work!!"
