"My experience was that service counter was unattended. I had actually stopped to use restroom, and wanted to grab some quick lunch. When I came out of restroom, I stood at counter only noticing workers preparing food and servicing the drive through. I noticed another customer attempting to conduct the self serve kiosk, and I ask her if that was the only way to get serviced, and she replied it could be done either way, and she did not like the kiosk method. After standing for a little longer, and as I noticed the other customer still struggling, I told her it probably would be faster just to drive thru, and I went back to my car and drove thru."
