"Such a great experience. I’ve been a few times and each time is the same - clean waiting room, friendly staff that greet you upon entering. Beyond friendly and professional nurses, and the PA we saw was great. They’re good with kids too."

"I went to the this urgent because I was feeling so sick and in need of dire care. Dr. Juan Santana, was professional in his approach and he listened to me and diagnosed me accordingly. The medical assistant Mahwood was very rude and condescending. He gave me back a photo copy of my driver's license instead of my original ID card that I handed to him. That was the first thing. Secondly, the stick that you use to diagnose the health issue in your nose. The one they stick up your nose to get a swab; he jammed the stuck so far and hard up my nose, that I had a nose bleed for 3 days. He did not announce what he was about to do, and did it with such force, he injured me. He did the same thing while swabbing my mouth, which caused me to gag. Although, during the 1st procedure I spoke to him that he needed to be gentle, less aggressive and alert the patient of the procedure he is about to perform. For a FIRST time patient, this was a horrible experience. Please train your employees about customer service, professionalism and proper procedures. I hope this will effect a change, so that if there is a next time, I can write a positive review. Sincerely,"

"Thrilled that AMPM Urgent Care is now available in Allendale!! Just finished follow-up visit for a stubborn respiratory virus. Both visits were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very thorough, caring & couldn’t be more convenient in terms of location (not having to go to PCP in Hackensack). They’re open till midnight!! Bravo!!"
