"While I do feel the GI doctor is wonderful I just had a terrible interaction with a receptionist. I called yesterday to leave a message about being in the ER and needing a follow up. Called in today to check in as I had not heard back yet from the office. I said hello I am following up about a message I left yesterday to see if the doctor had a chance to take a look at it. I was met with "what is the regarding" "well you didn't talk to me yesterday so I don't know anything about this" "what do you want me to do" she raised her voice and started to yell at me. Told me the doctor wrote back but what she told me was different information than what I went into ER for. So I let her know it was not correct and she continued to yell. Telling me this is what ER sent over so that is what I was seen for. I let her know I had the discharge papers in my hand and read the list of what I was there for and asked if what they have could be the wrong patient. Her attitude back to me then was horrible. If I didn't like the doctor I would not come back due to that interaction alone. I work in reception myself and if I ever handled myself that way and spoke to a client like that I would no longer have a job. That was disgusting behavior. The front desk could use some training."

"Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience here with gynecology. I came in for my annual and to discuss concerns, and my doctor told me that birth control was my only option and didn’t try to explore the cause of my symptoms. she also attempted to tell me that my symptoms were normal even though i reiterated that they were not normal for me. I said multiple times that I didn’t want to go on birth control, and even told my doctor I have had bad reactions to multiple different birth controls. My doctor kept pushing for an IUD and was very persistent about it, despite me saying I didn’t want one. I told her I would think about it just so she would stop asking me, and five minutes later she asked me if I thought about it. I was very uncomfortable and felt very pressured and as though I wasn’t being taken seriously at all. I reluctantly agreed to try the pill, because my doctor kept telling me that birth control was the only thing that could be done or would help. And lo and behold I had a bad reaction to the pill, and was violently ill. My doctor was also very rough when doing my pelvic exam, and left me very sore and I experienced bleeding afterwards due to how rough she was. When I went to the front desk to schedule my appointment, the woman was very rude and told me the schedule “wasn’t open” for the next month and the month after, and that someone would call me to schedule a follow up, but after two months I still haven’t received a call, I had to call and follow up multiple times. I am very disappointed with my experience here, especially since I have seen my doctor for years when she was at a different practice."

"The front staff who check you in and are supposed to lean in with empathy and kindness are some of the rudest, disrespectful people I have ever met. Laughing out loud at people and making fun of them because the staff can’t be clear with their directions. I wish the staff would approach patients with the understanding that they don’t know what is going on in someone’s life. Laughing and degrading a patient is a straight reflection on how miserable these people are. They need staff training ASAP."

"Dr. Kasello was extremely rude and uncaring. I totally felt like she was blowing me off, she misdiagnosed me and referred me to a different specialty. I ended up in the ER and finally received the right diagnosis and treatment. My hospital visit could have been avoided had she bothered to do a physical exam the 2 separate times I was in her office complaining of pain and pressure. She didn’t even bother to respond when the ER doctor reached out to her. The woman who handles insurance authorization was very nasty on the phone as well. Very sad when an office cares so little about their patients. I would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere!"

"The staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. They let you know if there are any delays and apologize if you are called in late for your appointment. My interactions with Dr. T are always pleasant. He takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. Great group!!!!"
