"This was by far one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. The staff is completely unprofessional, watching videos behind the front desk while people are waiting. The doctor makes you wait almost an hour even after bringing you in. It is difficult to understand if he is listening because he never looks you in the eye. ZERO bedside manner. They forgot to call in a medication after making me wait 4 days for blood work results which they refused to give me on the phone. Another office visit means more $ for the doctor. Stay away!"

"I would give it a 0 if I can. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see the doctor for a root canal treatment. After arriving there and waiting in the wait room for over an hour the doctor canceled!!!! the place is so unprofessional and I definitely recommend going someplace else if you can."

"This is a review of the dentist office - If you want to save TIME and MONEY do not come here. I was seen by Dr Kaur. -Appointment times: These were basically a formality because each appointment here took me about two hours. If my appointment was at 1pm, I would be called into the dentist room by like 1:15, but wouldn’t actually be seen by anyone until 2pm. It’s insane that they just let people sit in the dentist chair with no acknowledgement of what is happening or when you’ll be seen. They don’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the long wait. This has happened every occasion and I went a total of 3 times so it wasn’t a just on an off day. Huge waste of time. - Ethics: After my first ever cleaning and X-rays, Dr Kaur told me I had SIX cavities. I have had zero cavities for years now so this was hard for me to believe. She recommended a deep cleaning, which resulted in me coming for an additional two visits and $150 out of pocket. After those visits I saw two different dentists to get other opinions. The first dentist told me my gums were healthy and that I did not need a deep cleaning. The second dentist told me I had ZERO CAVITIES. It’s extremely unethical and greedy to lie like this! I paid for a deep cleaning and almost paid to fill 6 cavities. They also have a consulting dentist Dr Vyas who dr Kaur recommended I see for some gaps in my teeth. Dr Vyas recommended veneers for me, which would have been at least $2000 per tooth. I sought a different dentist who specializes in veneers just to double check and he said I did not need veneers! He offered me other cheaper and more practical treatment options Not to mention, for my second deep cleaning, Dr Kaur said “okay today we’re doing your right side” when I had already done that side the previous visit! Had I not said anything, I would’ve gotten deep cleaning twice on the same side. So ultimately find another dentist - the wait times are ridiculous and they want to squeeze money out of you by prescribing unnecessary treatments"
