"Excellent surgeon, wonderful guy. He explained everything so I understood. Fantastic operating room and Doctor's Office personalities. I feel fortunate to have gone to Dr. Hosay for my procedures. Adding this on 5/31/2021... It took me 14 months to get a billing issue resolved with his billing department. The hospital was paid by my insurance immediately, so was the anesthesiologist, but the billing department at Sovereign Urology was a total nightmare. I had to do their job myself. It literally took me 25 phone calls over that 14 months period, some of them being conference calls, to get this fixed. He's a great doctor but I would never go back to him after that."
"Simply and eloquently put, horrible service! The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help their patience's arrive to a proper and timely solution. Had a few horrible experiences in this location. I do not recommend anyone to go to this this private facility. Please guys, conduct your research and get yourself a facility that respects your time, money, and most importantly your person."
