"Horrible staff and rude. My mother came to them to get a refill and the nurse was beyond rude. My mother mentioned why she was there and the nurse responded with, “I didn’t ask you that question.” I don’t know who these people think they are talking to like that. This isn’t the first time either. Wouldn’t recommend."
"This is a terrible place, they absolutely have no care for their patients. They were not able to take in an appointment within a whole month for someone young who could barely move any part of their body. Please don't come here, you'll die and no one will care."

"I had a very disappointing experience. Had an appointment at 1245pm got there an hour early to fill out registration forms, was not seen until 2pm. The doctor was very dismissive, seemed very uninterested. He was in there for less than 5 minutes, he asked me to do so blood work. I go in to do the blood work and was told I had to come back. The receptionists are very distracted talking amongst themselves. Truly disappointed, thinking about calling up my insurance cause I don’t think visit deserves to be paid."
"Where to begin. Staff is not only pleasant but very professional. They care to make sure all your needs are taken care of. Dr. V Pineda is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. Her level of experience is amazing. What sets her apart from other doctors is her compassion towards her patients. You don't feel like you are just another patient. She listens to your concerns and addresses them one by one. Totally recommend this office."
