"We brought both our children here to Dr Mueller. My wife provided our insurance card and was assured by the staff that Dr Mueller was in-network. After dealing with the billing office for months(and getting absolutely nowhere) it was determined that Dr Mueller was actually not in-network and our insurance covered zero of either of the visits. Dr Muller reduced some of the cost for the inconvenience, but we ended up receiving a bill for approx 3-4 times the cost of what our insurance would have covered. Needless to say, we won’t be returning here. Hard to believe that they would make a false statement of being in-network(multiple times), then feel that the burden of their mistake should be at the cost of the patient."
