"I went to Tommy’s to have my dog groomer and explained the way I wanted him groomed as well as the way I didn’t want him to look after grooming. Tommy fully understood what I wanted and after picking up my dog I saw that he completely ignored my request and groomed the dog the way he wanted. He did not care about customer satisfaction and made no offer to correct his error and still charged the full amount for the grooming. With so many groomers in the area I would suggest other pet owners save themselves grief and go to a business that appreciates the customer and goes out of their way to please them. Tommy’s is not that place"
