I love how they listen to what I want and if I ever need any emergency nail cutting, they always have time for Waffle. This groomer is so much better than where Waffle used to go in Fairlawn."

"Horrible and awful experience! They injured my 11 month Goldendoodle puppy while grooming, almost cut her ear. We had to take my puppy to emergency room to get 5 stitches, antibiotics and pain medications. So much pain for no reason, just because this place don’t know what they doing!!!! This is a butcher not a groomer!!!! Please save your dog and never go to this awful place!"
