"I needed a groomer who knows how to groom schnauzers, and being a new owner to the breed (and long-haired breeds in general), my search was a bit daunting—but I struck gold on the first swing. If you have a schnauzer, Ken is definitely the guy to go to. This gentleman has very extensive experience with the breed, and he knows with absolute certainty how to work their coat type. My first visit to a groomer of *any* kind was great all thanks to Ken and his daughter. I'll be the client who admits that their fur baby wasn't the best behaved (I learned that my boy, sadly, wasn't desensitized to grooming tools at the appropriate age prior to coming into my ownership), but Ken's compassion and sharing of advice and product recommendations is extremely appreciated. He even welcomed me to call his business at any time if I ever have questions or concerns about my boy's coat maintenance. It's my hope that with enough exposure through future visits and desensitization training at home, my boy will adjust and grooming will become a positive experience. Thank you, Ken! You've gained a repeat client today!"
