"The first few times we brought our dog here, they did a good job. I really hate to write negative reviews but I’m very unhappy and concerned. This past time our dog was there for 4.5 hours, came back shaved and with an upper respiratory infection/ diarrhea bloody stool/ shivering. $180 at the vet. Additionally, they always lose/mixup our leash every time I pick him up. Will not return. Will most likely go to Petco where I know they check their vaccination status."
