"They never answer the phone, and your lucky if they get back with you in a day or two. Most of the time you have to call them back and go through the whole process again. The nurse practitioner didn't remember telling me the raise my Grandsons meds up to40 mg. I guess she doesn't do her paper work. Needs a lot of improvement!"

"My experience here has been very stressful. I come here for services and instead it seems as if I’m speaking to bill collectors. There is constant phone calls regarding a payment balance. The first thing they say when you join the meeting for your scheduled MENTAL HEALTH services is, you have a balance you need to pay before your appointment. It’s very frustrating and uncomfortable for people who come here expecting to receive treatment for their illness."

"I am very frustrated with my first time experience with this company. I had a session with a therapist who prescribed a medication. Cvs said they wanted the prescriber to prescribe an alternative medication. Nobody ever reached out to me to let me know what the issue was. I have reached out via email multiple times to find out why there was not another medication prescribed. One time I received a response that it was being looked into but no responses since then. This is so unprofessional. It has been a week and I still have not heard anything."

"I have experienced a great deal of difficulty with billing especially when it comes to my daughter Alyssa. More often then not , on the day of her appointment someone from billing will speak to me in order to obtain money before they will allow the session to proceed. It truly feels like she is being held hostage until money is received. This was not the case before COVID and virtual sessions. We would arrive at your office, I would pay my co pay and the session would proceed. Now billing rarely ever sends out a bill, which I would gladly pay. I rarely get a receipt and they have billed my card without advising me. I have brought this to their attention several times without success. Also during my last session with Robert Hamilton our call was dropped. I had no way of calling him back and he did not call me after the call dropped for closure of the session. I have emailed him but he has not returned my message. Please have him do so ASAP. Thanks Dennis Tumminia"
