"Specifically told them I wanted to be tested for strep when I called to make the appointment. When I got there I was told my Insurance doesn’t cover rapid testing anymore. I do not know why they didn’t tell me that when I made the appointment bc I would’ve just went to urgent care instead. Anyways, they did not test me and told me I PROBABLY have Covid. Will never go back."
"Michael Williams Healy NP is a wonderful physician. I am always very comfortable at his office at Valley Medical Group in Waldwick NJ, excellent bedside manner. When I couldn't figure out why i was feeling the way I was and it was overlooked by my previous physician at a different medical facility not affiliated with Valley, Michael Williams-Healy being very concerned after examining me, he immediately ordered the necessary testing at Valley Hospital and helped analyze the problem so we could address the cause and work towards a solution of getting well. That was almost 2 years ago & since then I am now a loyal patient of his and ValleyMedical. And i am ever so greatful for his sense of caring and knowledge and always making me feel welcome. My daughter has also been a patient of his for a few years and though most people don't look forward to doctor appointments, I now realize why she enjoys her visits here with Michigan Williams-Healy NP and she too is a loyal patient for many years to come. The entire staff is so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend VMG. I may live about an hour away from VMG but the drive is so worth every minute as I know I am alway in good hands.."
