"I went in here with an appointment and was checking in when the nurse asks me why I'm here and I tell her UTI. She said she doesn't hear me and asks me to say it again louder. Ok, in front of a waiting room that has about 10 people in it, if I say it louder I know everyone will hear me. She doesn't care, staring at me waiting for me to announce to the room that I think I have a UTI. I was embarrassed and felt it violated HIPAA. Every time I had to go there from then on I would write why I was there on a piece of paper and hand it to them instead of announcing to everyone in the waiting room my personal business. The doctors aren't terrible but they can be judgemental sometimes."

"I have had it with this place. They can't even get my weight right! I lost almost 20 lbs and they note on my chart that I lost 2 lbs - and this was not a clerical error - when I pointed it out, they doubted me until I was re-weighed. Something like that - and, yes, I have to wonder why when they take my blood pressure, it's 30 points higher than it is when I get it taken anywhere else! The doctor tells me to make an appointment for the following week. I tell the staff this, I look at the card when I get home and see that they made an appointment for the next month. I called them - got their voicemail and cancelled the appointment. They actually called me back and literally YELLED at me and told me I'm the one who is wrong. Again - they are suppose to be monitoring my blood pressure and they treat me like this? Are they trying to push my BP up to 190/100? I need to find healthcare professionals who have a goal of treating people, rather than the crew at Med Care, who's incompetence can potentially make disease worse and even worse than that - make some funeral director rich!"

"They turned away my 3 year old even after I told them I thought he may have the flu, because they were closing in half an hour. That’s horrible for a doctor do just to have a quiet last half hour of work. The waiting room was completely empty, not a single person in there."

"Although I have had my primary care doctor changed a few times here, I like that you are able to get almost all tests done at one location. The ability to walk in without an appointment is great when something unexpected comes up. Physicians seem to be attentive and take time to conduct and review tests before prescribing medication. Right now I have no complaints. Been going here for several years."
