"Dr. Omar Ayala has been my doctor for about 6 years. I was referred to him by my general practitioner years ago. I was always very cautious about talking to a psychiatrist, but Dr. Ayala exceeded any of my expectations. He waited an appropriate amount of time to fully diagnose me, before prescribing anything. After all these years, I completely trust this practice. Dr. Ayala has not only helped alleviate my life altering ailments, but also helped me through some of the most difficult times In life. If I never went to Dr. Ayala, I would have never been able to complete University or get control of my emotions. If you’re looking for a Doctor you can trust look no further. This practice will make sure you’re diagnosed correctly before treating anything. From Dr. Ayala to the receptionist; everyone is very kind, patient and courteous. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Ayala when I did. He has helped me restore a natural homeostatic balance In life."

"I had a very informative office visit with my son today. He was very detailed and let me explain the issues I was concerned about. He answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I was very happy and I definitely would recommend this practice. I have seen 2 of the practitioners there as well and again I can’t complain. The one practitioner noted to my son he was the most important person in the room. I couldn’t agree more. I’m so happy I found this practice."

"I recently came to one of my daughter’s appointments and her nurse practitioner, Carolyn Robinson and Doctor Ayala were very discourteous and unprofessional. Carolyn stated throughout the appointment that my daughter was the most important person in the room, even more important than Jesus, regardless that my she has been suicidal 4 to 5 times in the past 6 months and not received any meds whatsoever to cope with her severe depression and mood swings. Disgrace! Dr. Ayala through his medical degree in my face when I contradicted his diagnosis of my daughter. If you’re thinking of going to this office, think again. The receptionist was also very rude to me. I would give 0 stars if I could!"

"These two doctors have saved my life! They have brought me back to life and saved my marriage. They both have seen me through losing my daughter, mother and almost my husband and three me a lifeline through all that. The old staff jumbled things up a few times but that's not the doctors fault. They are up and at em now and have an excellent receptionist that gets the job done. I would highly recommend these doctors."

"I have been a patient here for almost 6 years and personally I believe Dr. Ayala is not responsible enough and is too careless to treat anyone. He’s. forgetful, unorganized, terrible at communication and doesn’t actually seem to listen when you talk. He’s forgotten to refill my prescriptions during our refill appointments leaving me to run out of meds which not only is dangerous but also the ONE thing I pay him to do and he doesn’t do it. On many occasions he’s scheduled appointments with me only when I show up it’s closed and NO ONE IS THERE but maybe a receptionist. Last time this happened the receptionist told me that he was on VACATION and she in fact saw that my appointment was scheduled the computer. If there’s an actual emergency and they have to close they won’t tell you. He is always at LEAST 30-60 minutes late to all appointments because “He cares so much about every patient so he takes his time with each of them.” Omar will talk to run up the clock just so he can charge you more. It’s happened to a friend of mine as well. The only reason I continue going here is because of how difficult it is to get a new psychiatrist around here with my insurance but I still need someone to give me my meds. I will say that the new receptionists are excellent at their jobs. I never got my calls returned before they came along. They are delightful, helpful and patient over the phone or in person."
