"I have been a patient of Dr Cooke since April 2022. A few months in to COVID, my wife approached me and said that my mannerisms had changed and seemed more ADHD like then they had been in the past. At that point, I started seeing another Dr to discuss potential solutions. That doc saw me for 15 mins, barely knew anything about me, and moved on to his next patient. In April 2022, the psychiatrist I had been seeing for two years got up and left his practice without warning. I was left lost, and felt abandoned. Luckily I met Dr Cooke. The time and effort Dr Cooke puts in to get to know his patients up front, shows his caring bedside manner. However, what is most impressive is that he is ACTUALLY a caring and explanatory doctor. My initial psychiatrist just started treating symptoms, while Dr Cooke recommended getting as much data up front before making decisions. What we found out was that, I most likely had ADHD most of my life but COVID-19 just exacerbated some of my symptoms. As such, Dr Cooke changed my medication schedule and rather than treating symptoms, is working on treating me, his patient. I am very happy to have found Dr Cooke! "Dr. Cooke was there when I needed him the most! I have been struggling with anxiety for several years, and unfortunately I was not being treated correctly.
