"Dr. Ago was very professional (she has left the practice). The staff is very unprofessional, called to make an appointment for 2 children and felt like I was 'bothering', I then complained to the office manager and was pretty much dismissed (no apology). This would have been the 2nd time visiting this practice (already had a problem the 1st time). Also very difficult to be able to get anyone on the phone."
