As a first time parent, I have had many questions and concerns (often times outside of business hours) and Dr Ibragimova always makes herself available to answer and put me at ease. She is thoughtful in her approach, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time with my daughter and I never feel rushed in the office. Most importantly she is always calm and consistent, she really knows how to make a new parent feel informed and confident. My daughter also adores her. I highly recommend her and her team, I have seen her at both the queens and Brooklyn office."

"Unprofessional Dr. I only changed to her because it was close to me and i had regrets. She never ever mentioned about baby’s shot, we seen her for 2 months he got sick 3 or 4 times and she never treated him well. Since i changed to previous dr which is GREAT dr ever he said we are very behind to take shots. And now because she wasn’t treating well enough my baby got bronchitis. Baby have mid tongue tie and she has no idea which specialty takes care of that, she said she will have someone who does it but they don’t take insurances and she took forever to give me that number and when she gave it the number wasn’t working. If she doesn’t know that pediatric ENT can take care of the tongue tie I don’t even know what’s she’s doing under white coat being a DOCTOR. I don’t recommend her AT ALL."

"I am so happy to have been informed of Dr. Galina! Nice staff . Each of them is always very friendly, professional and patience. I was so stressed with my 1 year old daughter (now she is 3) having awful experiences with other doctors over and over. But the Dr. Galina has always been calm and reassuring which is what I need. She listens and makes decisions with you. It feels so nice to know that I can trust her word. She is calm and very gentle with every child in her office! Dr. Galina is very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you so much ! And the office doesn't smell mold and mildew, it's a 101% lie!"
