"Dr. Henry Shih is an amazing pediatrician. He has taken care of my oldest child and always makes him smile. He is also very thorough at every appointment we have made. My newborn has just made his first visit and he immediately stopped crying once Dr. Shih picked him up. Dr. Shih gave him a full check up and was able to address all our concerns, some even before we can ask him. Definitely would recommend ! ***UPDATE*** - Baby is 10 months old now and loves coming to see Dr, Shih. He always gets him to smile and laugh. Dr Shih makes the doctors fun!"

"Dr Shih is probably the best doctor out there! Ran into this dad with his two kids at a play place and he lives in a completely different town, but when he started talking about his doctor for the kids I immediately asked him if their doctor was Dr. Shih? We had a good laugh that we are just random strangers that do not live in the same town or anything but share the same love for Dr. Shih. The way he makes both my kids feel like he is a friend before going near them is incredible and how he answers random questions about the kids with his own experience. Life saver and always there!! Can't thank him enough for all he has done for us!"

"The only positive feedback would go to Dr. Shih who has been a phenomenal pediatrician to our children for many years, since they were born. However the building was merged with another healthcare who took over the children’s waiting room and all the parking spots. You will bring your child in between old people who curse out loud and take children’s seats. Another new rule through the flu season is that when you call, your child will be rejected unless YOU are certain your child has a flu. When I tried to call to request OUR Doctor and schedule an appointment, I was told to call again another time. When I tried to address this with manager Patty, she was extremely rude over the phone and had no hesitation to turn the call to a screaming match instead of appreciating the office’s long time patients. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. You will not want to enter this madness with ill-mannered ladies at the front desk who will never smile at your children."

"It is not a very friendly environment first of all. We just moved from New York and looking for a Pediatrician. I was recommended to call this practice and see if they took my insurance. Well I did and they said yes. After seeing my son for his 3 year old check up I was sent a bill. This was because they were not in my network. I called the billing department and told her I was told that you took my insurance but she said not my exact one. No apology or anything. Well I think they should of told me that when I asked. Now I have to pay a bill of $102.00. Yes, it is partially my fault but most places I called always told me specifically if they took my insurance or not. I'm not a happy camper but lesson learned."
