"I delivered at a birthing center and saw Dr. Robert Panza postpartum day 1. Despite it being normal for a breast fed baby to lose 10% of their weight, Dr. Panza insisted I come back every day for 4 days straight so they could monitor our child’s weight. Each day we came, it felt like a fast food restaurant in that we were shuffled in and quickly shuffled out. He said he wasn’t concerned about the weight loss as it’s normal in breast fed babies and there were no other concerning symptoms, but kept insisting we return. The frequent visits weren’t the issue but he never asked questions about how I was breast feeding or offered advice on what interventions we could make if his weight was a concern. And each time we tried to ask a question he was already on his way out the door. On the 4th day of weight checks I expressed the difficulties of continuously coming being only a few days post partum. He appeared annoyed that I would dare to advocate for myself and my baby. We ultimately changed providers. In my opinion in the early days of a newborn it’s necessary to have patience, education, and compassion, all of which for us Dr. Panza lacked."

"I can highly recommend this praxis, from the ladies in the front desk, the nurse and both Doctors they are all very nice, caring and friendly. We really felt welcomed y listened with our concerns, and they really check on our toddler and our baby, what I like too a lot is they have a walk-ins consultations early in the morning, the praxis is very well located with parking, also inside is nice and they have 2 waiting’s room and In the bathroom good amenities to diaper change. Thank you to Dr. Panza, Dr Presti and all the team for being so great! Keep up the great job!"

"We absolutely love this practice, and Dr. Nicole Panza. We were recommended to her by a friend when looking for a pediatrician before our baby was born. From the very start, we felt very comfortable seeing Dr. Panza. There’s no “one sizes fits all”, and we felt as though she listened to what we had to say and gave us recommendations, but ultimately left decisions regarding sleeping, eating etc down to us. To add to this, we have found all the staff to be so welcoming and friendly. The nurses were so kind, and the receptionist could not be nicer or more helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We were always seen on time, even if it was a last minute appointment, and received email and text reminders. Due to moving towns, we had to make the decision to change to a pediatrician that was closer to us. We are so sad to no longer see Dr. Panza and staff, but feel so grateful that our baby girl received such good care for the first 4 months of her life."

"Dr. Panza’s office is very clean and fast paced. We never had to wait for a visit and always went straight to a room to be seen. My wife and I were very happy to bring our baby there for 3 months. We had told the doctor that we were not sure If or when we would be vaccinating our baby since we are doing some more research on vaccines. During our last visit she asked about the vaccines and we said we are still not vaccinating and she said ok. However, to our surprise when trying to make the 4th month appointment, the receptionist told us that the doctor could no longer see our baby since they were pro-vaccines. We were very upset on how the doctor did not care to explain to us that she wouldn’t be able to provide us her services anymore, but had the receptionist tell us they were pro vaccines and if I wanted she could schedule an appointment for us with the doctor next door. We felt very pressured to give our baby vaccines and did not expect this."

"I just love this practice all together! The front desk ladies are great- the nurses are super friendly and always spot on- and the hours are unbeatable. Dr Panza has been our sons peditrician from day one and I honestly don’t think I would trust anyone else he’s extremely thorough and doesn’t just throw medicine at you which I love. Honestly all the doctors are great but Panza is preferred."
