"If I can give a negative rating I would give. People here are really bad and treat kids parents as if we are indebted to them. They do not have any courtesy and absolutely no respect in the way they handle. What is the use of running such clinics?"

"Do not recommend them. Each time you go you would have a different doctor. They don't keep track or remember anything about your child. If you ask immunization records they can't email or text but they only offer fax option :)) Who has fax machine at home these days .. They are stuck in 80s. They don't care fax is not even an option for normal household nowadays."

"My daughter have cough but Dr.Gaurang patel don’t come to see. I’ll bring her 2 time in week but no change in my daughter health. There is different doctors every time and they give different medicine all time. I request to see Dr. Gaurang but the staff is so rude and don’t even give you perfect answer."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE, MONEY CONSCIOUS ETC Worst place to bring your kids, they are here for your money only which makes it terrible, Also the Dr will see the kids for physical and have u pay additional fee for filling out physical forms.why charge my insurance for physical, run all the unnecessary test just for the money and still have me pay to fill out physical forms for school use."

"We going there for many years for normal scheduled visit etc. Initially it was ok but recently from last 4-5 years it just keep getting worst. Doctor won't see even after making appointment due to some billing department concern that insurance won't pay for visit. Billing department never called us upfront to raise any concern but they informed front desk about that. When we showed up to clinic at appointment date time front desk started telling us and now they want us to pay upfront. I said if insurance deny then you can send us bill like normal way of billing but no they want upfront payment. That is when we are going to them for more than 10 years. Just simply pathetic."
