"Such a lame company. It’s 9:24 on a Tuesday morning and they can’t fill a prescription because they can’t get into their company’s computer."
"These people have a habit of stealing prescriptions. Not only did my doctor send a script and they mysteriously lost it, I went In and gave a phyxial one with over a week now and still nothing. I have called and when I do, I am Told I will receive my notification in an hour but nothing. Clearly establishments like this love when people come into the store to cause a scene so they can play victim to its workers. 10/17/23 back here again. This is actually insane. 12 months out the year they can’t answer phones because they’re so back logged but will never hire more people. This location is just lazy and greedy. On hold for 20mins just to ask about my prescription that has been in progress for 3 WHOLE DAYS. I’m sure their excuse is they’ve been understaffed thats why it takes someone 3 WHOLE days to put birth control packs in a brown paper bag. A joke!"
"One week without my medication that Im now withdrawing from. Called multiple times no answer. My doctor called and ALSO no answer!! Also some of the Staff is NASTY! Moving Pharmacies ASAP!!!!"
"The pharmacy does not answer the phone - I always have to go in person for any questions. They actually told me that they do not answer the phones because they are understaffed. Management - hire more people!!"
"Pharmacy employees & pharmacists who work at Sunset CVS on Route 35 New Jersey are always willing to assist you and get your medications, vaccines etc. in an appropriate amount of time. Everyone is always kind and professional. We do all our vaccines, prescriptions that we don’t have mailed to us at the CVS here. Store is clean, organized and a great place to obtain what I want and need. Kudos to all who work here."
