"I will make it short, I wish I can give zero star. Great doctor (4 Start). Not very talkative and warm, but professional and get things done. Incompetent nurse (-2 Start). The nurse was TERRIBLE and incompetent. For the 1y check bloodwork, they require to draw the blood from the arm and the nurse can never find the vein and tried to sweep the needle in the baby's arm. Terrible operation (-2 Start). The front desk is floppy, and long waiting time. We've been here more than 10+ times and we are never been seen by the doctor at the scheduled time, usually its more than 30 mins waiting time"

Dr oko is always accommodating and swift to respond with last minute visits, calls, scripts, specialist referrals and emergencies. His covering on call by Dr Klause has always been just as serving and excellent. Their staff has also always been most helpful and professional. They have all put up with my million questions, phone calls, hellicopter parenting and madness for over the last 10 years with kindness and smiles. Highly recommend!"
