"There is no respect for appointments at all. I do not recommend going there"

"My 4 kids been patients of this doctor since 2016, good doctor to be honest but his staff is trash, first of all, my daughter has an appointment but that day I can’t make it so I call to try to change the appointment, the lady who talked with me supposedly change my appointment from Wednesday 24 to Friday 26 at 12:45pm, but I received A call to confirm the appointment for Wednesday, so I was trying to explain to the lady that I changed the appointment to Friday that maybe she call me by mistake idk, so she told me that no my daughter has appointment for Wednesday that she don’t see nothing for Friday and they already booked, so I asked her how if I talk with somebody else and she change my daughter appointment, so we went back and forth , she was very rude , she literally told me to change my appointment or go to the Clifton office, I was very frustrated and mad and hanged up the phone and made an appointment in Clifton, so today Saturday 27 I received a letter telling me that Dr. Rasheed can’t be a doctor to my daughter, when his staff was The one that make a mistake not me, they very rude, unprofessional, don’t have manners, don’t have patience, if you don’t want to deal with people, change your job, that’s very sad, because Dr. Rasheed is a good doctor but his staff from prospect park is trash. Sorry not sorry! I wish the best to Dr. Rasheed and thank you for being pediatrician for my 4 kids now I’ll start looking for a new pediatrician to my 4kids."

"Today I called in the morning around 9:20am I asked the receptionist to give me appointment for my baby she said fully booked for today if I want I can go as a walk in but she does not know how long I have to wait if I go walk in. Whatever I went there before 4pm with my baby. Receptionist Said dr can’t see my baby they are very busy, come tomorrow or go to urgent care. Then I take my baby to the urgent care so I have to spend another 3-4 hours. if you guys do not see the walk in patient why you waste people’s time and money not only that if anything happens during this time period who will take responsibility?"

"I have been going to this doctor since I was born literally. I was born 6 months premature and dr Rasheed has done an extremely great job taking care of me growing up. My daughter now goes to his office and I couldn’t ask for a better staff/team."

"0 Stars! Horrible Experience! I was late with my 3 week old son for a 2:15pm appointment and due to us being late, we were treated as walk ins! Mind you when i bring my daughter here ON TIME! We are made ti wait an hour already as it is! Completely unacceptable! My son should have been seen as regularly scheduled because we would have waited an hour to see the doctor regardless! Actually its gonna go on 4 hours and still have not seen the doctor”!! Literally the last clients at the office! It’s now 6:25pm CHOOSE ANOTHER DOCTOR EVERYONE’! This office has no compassion for their clients nor do they move with any sense if urgency! I’m switching both of my childrens’ primary physicians ASAP!!!"
