"Choose this pharmacy when we moved down here a couple of years ago. It was convenient to home, etc. Have had nothing but trouble and delays and excuses as to why my prescription is not ready. I think in the 2 plus years if getting prescriptions filled, one maybe 2 have been ready when I went to pick it up. After getting one or 2 text messages saying they were ready. All the staff has is excuse after excuse as to why it’s not ready! Will start to look for a new pharmacy!"

"I use this CVS for everything, especially the pharmacy. They always have medications that are hard to get, back-ordered or that have shortages. I always deal with the two gentlemen in the pharmacy. One has glasses and one is tall with dark hair. They are both exceptional when it comes to pharmacy operations. They are patient, informative, friendly, they remember me and my meds whether it’s in person or on the phone and always give my daughter a lollipop and ask me first! They have a sense of humor which I appreciate.They don’t give me a hard time about asking for OTC items via drive thru and when I go inside, they deal with every customer in the nicest manner and never judge! The store itself is well-stocked with ulta products like olaplex, skincare, makeup…for the same price (prices also comparable to Amazon)! They have an all natural beauty section which are hard to find. My only critique is sometimes you have to wait if you don’t use self-checkout and need something up front behind the counter. All employees are nice and helpful!"

"The only reason for three stars is because the store usually has everything I need. Now and again, something might be out of stock but that is to be expected. My rating is dragged down because of the pharmacy. It’s ridiculous getting in touch with CVS. Very frustrating. Why does it need to be so difficult getting a human being on the phone? More often than not having to call multiple times. I don’t know whether their phone system hangs up after a particular amount of time in queue so their “numbers” don’t look bad or the staff get sick of hearing the announcement of how many calls are in the queue and hang them all up. I have made four phone calls within the last hour. The first phone call I was on hold for 26 minutes and it hung up. Two more calls were subsequently in queue for a while then hung up. The last call I was only in queue for four or five minutes at which point it sounded like someone picked up then hung up. I called back a fifth time and now it says they are closed for lunch. I guess I matter, huh? Very frustrating. I guess they think I have nothing better to do with my time. Walgreens???"

"The store is about a 3.5/4 stars, but I'm giving 5 stars for the Pharmacy department. Jerry, the pharmacist, is amazing! He makes sure to acknowledge all the customers and gets to know them by name. Even in such a busy work environment, he gives each customer time and personal attention, and does not rush through helping them. Mike (sorry don't know his title) is always pleasant when you come through the drive thru or into the store. He is quick when getting your ready medications and processing payments. There are other pharmacists/pharmacy techs/workers that are there as well and they are also very pleasant and as a a group, they make this process smooth :-)"

"I always use this CVS for my prescriptions. Everyone is always so helpful. This evening Michael took very good care of me. I just had a minor surgery and opted to wait for my medication in my car. He said no problem I’ll take care of it, come to the drive-thru in 20 mins. I pulled up in the drive-thru and my meds were ready. How wonderful. Thank you, Michael, for helping me feel better. ❤️"
