"Every morning we would go to Dr. Lugo the front lady Denise had the biggest mouth and attitude. I don't know if she ever had kids, understands how it is to be a mother or maybe she forgot. Denise would always be rude to my wife and Im not going into details to explain. You can experience for yourself. I told her off and all of sudden the doctor doesn't want to see my kids. Guys common i don't have to go there he can terminate me but to not see my kids because he is siding with a ruthless lady that acts like she owns Atlantic care is pure sadness. Dr. Lugo has no heart and he is just a show. Its all fake!! Honestly as far as what i see Atlantic care cares more about their employees than they do about their patients. maybe the managers need to be replaced idk. Little kids don't come to get candy at doctors office or food they come to get treated. Dr. Lugo should be ashamed he really showed me his true colors what a sore loser."
